For Social Media Management:

• Social media management services include account optimization, content creation, scheduling, and engagement support as outlined in your selected plan.

• The client is responsible for providing timely access to social media accounts and any required materials (e.g., photos, logos, videos, brand voice preferences).

• Content calendars and approval processes will follow the schedule outlined at the start of the service.

• If the client does not provide feedback within 48–72 hours, content may be scheduled as planned to meet deadlines.

• Analytics and performance reports are available monthly (or as outlined in your package).

For Social Media Management:

• Social media management services are billed in advance, typically monthly. No refunds are issued once the service month has begun, as content planning and scheduling are already underway.

• If a client chooses to cancel, they must provide at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

• Any unused time or deliverables in a current cycle are not refundable but may be credited at our discretion.
