For Content Day Services

Content Days are scheduled, in-person or on-location creative sessions that include video, photography, and brand storytelling work based on the selected package.

• Full payment is required in advance to confirm and secure your Content Day.

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received and the date is approved by our team.

• Clients are responsible for showing up on time and prepared. Any delay may reduce available shooting time and affect deliverables.

• Content captured during the session will be reviewed and edited according to the selected package. Additional editing, reels, or revisions may be available for an added fee.

• Raw footage may be delivered only if specified in the package. Otherwise, clients will receive only the final, edited deliverables.

• 1BDM Agency retains the right to showcase select footage or behind-the-scenes content for portfolio and promotional purposes unless a written NDA is signed prior to the shoot.

Content Day Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Refunds:

Due to the custom nature and scheduling requirements of Content Days, full payment is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

Cancellations:

• If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours’ notice and do not reschedule, your payment will be forfeited.

• If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you are eligible for a one-time reschedule at no additional cost.

Rescheduling:

• You may reschedule once, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice and subject to availability.

• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will require a $25 rebooking fee.

• Additional rescheduling beyond one change may require a new booking.

No Shows & Late Arrivals:

• No-shows forfeit the full payment and session.

• Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may receive reduced service time or incur additional fees to continue the shoot.

Weather or Location Issues:

In cases of inclement weather or venue-related issues that impact an outdoor or on-location shoot, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
